<FONT SIZE=5>RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

NEW MEMBERS

* Any racer wanting to join TWA, must first be nominated by a current member. That nomination must have a 2nd by another member of TWA. To be nominated, you need to have raced with TWA members and exhibited clean driving and sportsmanship. All nominees must have an MSN Messenger account.
* Once nominated, your information is e-mailed to all TWA members for a vote. Members will be given 4 days to vote and reply by e-mail. After 4 days, the votes will be tallied.
*You must get a majority yes vote from the membership to be accepted into TWA-RACING.
If, for some reason, your membership is rejected, you are welcomed to be reconsidered in 6 months.

FORMER MEMBERS

* If you are a former member of TWA that left the team on your own merit, you may be considered for membership again, if 6 months, or more, has passed since you left the team.
* As with new members, you will be subject to the same nomination and voting process as described above.
** If you are a former member of TWA, that was voted off the team, or was asked to leave, for any reason, you will not be considered for future membership again**

CODE of CONDUCT

* In memory of TWA-DESPERADO. #56 is now retired. No TWA-RACING member shall use this number, now or any time in the future.
* TWA-Racing members are 1 team racers. Meaning you can not have a membership with another team while retaining your TWA membership.
* Any member that leaves TWA, for any reason, must immediately cease using the TWA name.
* Any TWA member having a problem with another member(s), should first discuss the problem with the member in question. This should be discussed via e-mail, MSN Messenger or voice chat. At NO time, should a problem be aired out in a public forum post(s) or message board(s). Use common sense during these discussions. no flaming, name calling or other slurs.
* All TWA members must have a working e-mail address and have MSN Messenger installed on their system. If your e-mail changes please notify us at twa_racing @hotmail.com as to the current address.
* Cheating, for the sole purpose of winning, is forbidden within TWA. Any known cheating could result in the loss of your TWA-RACING membership.
